GetJob is a job aggregation platform that collects publicly available job listings from third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Naukri, Rozee, and others) and displays them in one place. The Site is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Site without our prior written consent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that could harm other users or the Site.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the Site without express permission.
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
3. Intellectual Property
The GetJob name, logo, design, text, graphics, and code are the intellectual property of GetJob and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Job listings displayed on the Site are sourced from third-party platforms. All intellectual property rights in those listings remain with their respective owners. GetJob makes no claim of ownership over third-party content.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal job-searching purposes only.
4. Job Listings Disclaimer
GetJob aggregates job listings from external sources and does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any listing. We make no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding:
- The accuracy or currency of job listings.
- The legitimacy of any employer or posting.
- The availability of any listed position.
- Salary ranges or employment conditions described in listings.
Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify all job listings before applying. GetJob is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on listed information. Always apply through official employer portals.
5. User Conduct
By using GetJob, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. You are solely responsible for any information you submit through the Site (such as your email address when subscribing to newsletters).
You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity in connection with your use of the Site.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetJob and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

In no event shall GetJob's total liability to you for all claims exceed AED 100 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
